Renowned Nigerian Afrobeat artist Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has recently proved that beneath his sweet musical exterior lies a man with a fiery side, especially when confronted with disrespect.
In a video capturing an incident, Wizkid became very angry and expressed his rage toward a man who responded to him in a confrontational manner. The moment quickly turned into a hot topic on social media platforms.
Although the details of what transpired before the exchange are still unclear, the man’s aggressive voice was heard in the background, prompting the singer to walk toward him and not hold back his anger. Wizkid could be heard repeatedly asking, “Are you talking to me?”
His crew members were seen following Wizkid, attempting to calm him down, but their efforts were in vain. Speaking in his Yoruba dialect, he told one of his aides, “Lo gbe bobo yen wa fun mi,” instructing him to bring the man to him.
