In a post making the rounds online, Annie, who recently left the rehabilitation center, revealed that she chose to be silent after 2Baba publicly announced their separation.
Recall that in January 2025, 2Baba publicly revealed that his 13-year marriage had ended, and they were in the process of finalizing their divorce.
Following the announcement, it was reported that Annie Idibia was depressed and taken to rehab for medical treatment. Since then, she stayed off social media.
In recent development, Annie revealed that she took a step back to reflect and rediscover herself, embracing love, pain, lessons, and growth as an integral part of life’s journey.
Furthermore, the socialite emphasized that she has embarked on her journey with grace, focusing on personal growth, her children’s well-being, and future pursuits.
In her words, “Silence isn’t weakness it’s peace. Since my divorce from Innocent Idibia, I chose to step back, reflect, and heal away from the noise. The truth is, not everything needs to be explained, and not every battle is meant to be fought in public”.
